If your visa is refused, we refund our service fee.
If your visa is refused
If the government, embassy or immigration authority refuses your visa application, we refund the MyVisitVisa service fee you paid for that application.
- The refund covers our service fee. The government visa fee is set and kept by the issuing authority, so it is not included.
- The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with.
Cancelling before we submit
If you cancel your order before we submit your application to the relevant authority, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, less any reasonable administrative costs we have incurred.
Other situations
- Once your application has been submitted, fees are not refundable if your visa is granted, if you withdraw the application, or if your travel plans change.
- A granted visa does not guarantee entry to a country. We cannot refund fees if you are refused entry at the border.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your application ID (shown in the emails we send you) and the email address you applied with. We will confirm the outcome and process any refund that is due.
